We offer shipping and delivery services to all cities and regions across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Delivery Time

• Orders are processed and shipped during official business days.
• Delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on the destination city and the shipping carrier.
• Orders placed after business hours, on Fridays, or during official holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods

• Within Jeddah: Orders are delivered by the Home Care delivery team.
• Outside Jeddah: Orders are shipped through our approved shipping partners.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
• Free shipping is available for orders with a total value of SAR 299 or more.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification containing your shipment details and tracking number via email or the contact method provided with your order.
